We want you to love your BreezeBoss™ Aura. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
To start a refund, contact our support team at hello.breezeboss@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, if applicable.
If your BreezeBoss™ Aura arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello.breezeboss@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello.breezeboss@outlook.com. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped; orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard 30-day guarantee instead.
